Nancy Welborn of Kansas City with a 20" walleye caught
during the "dog days" of August |

Jerry Welborn of Cameron, Mo. and a nice
catfish
also caught during the "dog days" of August. |

Roger Grantman and his first muskie ever a very nice 40"
that was a real acrobat when it jumped. Roger and his son Mike had an
experience on 9-7-07 when we had 20 muskie contacts....Roger lost another
40, Mike had one on for a short time, I lost about a 40" and we had many,
many follows. |

This pair of eagles was looking over the
Martin Flats on 9-4-07. What nice looking birds.... |

Nice 34" caught on 9-13-07 on a figure 8 right at the boat. I was
talking to Kevin Richards about how slow the bite was on 12-29-06 when I
caught my last fish of 2006. This one was every bit as slow but I
will take it...... |

Ben Erie of Hastings, Ne. caught this nice 2# bass while
throwing a bucktail for muskie. 9-30-07 |

What a difference a day and some clouds make, Ben Erie of
Hastings, Ne. caught this feisty 30" muskie about 5:30pm on 9-30-07 |

Ben Erie of Hastings, Ne. caught this really big 34" about 6:45pm on
9-30-07. It was right before a storm blew in. We were fishing in
25-30 mph winds |

My grandson Mason Hammond and the first fish of the day, a 33" that
fought
good. First muskie of the new season for me. Mason netted
this fish, his first
ever try at netting, but he had a good instructor. |

This 34" muskie was twice the fish that the 33" muskie (above was).
It was a
very good fighter also. Both muskies are alive and ready to fight
again, thanks
to catch and release. These photos were taken by J.T. Payne of
Lebanon who
was fishing close by when both these muskies were caught. Mason
also netted
this one for me....getting good at the net and getting stuff to release
the muskie |

This is JT Payne of Lebanon, he caught this 36" after I told him how
I was catching
mine. This one was caught 15 minutes after I released the 34"
above. This is
also J.T.'s first muskie ever. Mason likes his picture taken. |

Sorry about the bad color on this picture. Better than the
last picture I took two
days later.....it never showed up in the camera
and the fish was a 42" "Big" muskie,
it was one of those very stocky and weighty fish. I would have
estimated it at
around 23#. The above fish is a 36" caught on
4-15-09. |

Fishing with Gary Neely when I caught this really beautiful 44" muskie.
This fish was
quite the fighter. I didn't like doing it but I had
to put it on the floor of the boat to
get the hooks out. Normally
I do that while in the net in the water but this muskie
just would not
quiet down, so I had to take him/her out of its element an quiet it down.
|

Josh Wollberg and his first ever muskie, a 45" beauty
that put up a
very good fight on a muskie day. |

his big 43.5" Muskie hit on a cloudy cool morning on 6-15-09
and really put on a good fight. |

Here are a couple of pictures of Joey and a couple of bass he caught
in the evening
before bad thunderstorms chased us off of the lake early
on the 10th of June. |

Here is Jodie and a white bass she caught in the evening of June 10th before
the
thunderstorms made us get off of the lake. We
really had some bad storms,
there were tornado warnings all over the
area, thankfully none were on the ground. |

Bob with a nice white bass we caught trolling on the
evening of June 12 |

Paul Summerville with a nice 34" caught on 7-4-09 while we were
going
through a nice cool spell that lowered the water temperature
enough to let
us fish for these toothy critters. |

Dave Tully with his first ever muskie a 40" 0n 9-4-09 that really put
on an
excellent battle,
Dave didn't do bad on his end either. Pete Robinson who
was fishing nearby observed the battle this fish put on. |

Joe Dockray with his first ever muskie a 39.75" on 9-4-09, another good
fighter.
Luckily for Joe this fish was a little shorter and Dave had to buy
dinner
that night for having the longest muskie. Pete Robinson who was
fishing nearby
saw the battle that this fish put on also.... |

Earle Hammond with a 32" caught on 9-6-09 at 830AM. Pete
Robinson who
was fishing nearby saw the battle that this fish put on..... |
